CADD Services Manager (#CRS805)

Parametrix, a premiere NW engineering and environmental sciences consulting firm, is seeking a full-time CADD SERVICES MANAGER to join our corporate IT Division in Auburn, WA. This position will support CADD throughout the company while providing vision and direction relating to infrastructure, budgeting, technology resources, and research and development. Responsibilities will also include overseeing the CADD Quality Assurance Program; developing and implementing consistent company-wide CADD standards; managing CADD vendors in collaboration with IT; and establishing and leading a company-wide CADD committee that will set strategic direction for recruiting, supervision, training, and scheduling of CADD staff. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree (preferred) and 10+ years progressive work history with current CADD Software (AutoCAD, LDT, Civil 3D, Raster, InRoads, Microstation, etc.). Candidates should have a proven history of leadership and technical CADD skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. This position requires traveling up to 25% of the time in support of all Parametrix locations, including some overnight stays.
